Join us for a family-friendly superhero themed 5K this Fall on the Timmerman Trail! This is a certified course with race management provided by Strictly Running. It’s also flat and fast — sure to deliver lots of PRs! Click here for a course map. Our race is dog-friendly and stroller-friendly, however, we ask that you please start the race at the back of the pack, as there is a tight turn at the entrance to the trail and we don’t want any runners, pups or kiddos to get hurt.

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! Race time is 9am (rain or shine) and the kids’ 1-mile fun run will begin at 10am. Last day to register and receive a t-shirt is Thursday, 9/16 11:59pm. If you register after September 16th or on race day, you will not receive a t-shirt.

Packet pick-up will be from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on Friday, September 24th at Strictly Running on Devine Street. Remaining packets will be available for pick up before the race. Check-in/registration will begin at 8am in the empty parking lot across from the Cayce Tennis & Fitness Center. After the race, participants can enjoy water/fruit/snack bars and a photo booth.
