Transitional living program: Tier One

Samantha’s House, located in the heart of Columbia, SC, hosts a Transitional Living Program with six beds for youth ages 18-21. Eligible youth are gearing up for complete independence and ideally successfully graduate from the program within 6 months before moving into their own form of permanent housing such as an apartment.

The Transitional Living Program (Tier One) provides:

access to our Community Programs Coordinator for resource navigation and support
transportation to/from jobs (within a 5 mile radius) and appointments
access to comprehensive medical and mental health care
meals, hygiene products, and other basic necessities, as available through donations
independent living skills
